The Consolidated and P/FDS Waivers are developed to support individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities as they venture to a more independent living at home and in the community. These programs specialize in promoting community living, including self-directed and agency-based service models for growth and development.

In-Home and Community Support

These services are designed to help individuals gain, maintain, and improve the skills that allow them to live and participate in the local community, boosting their morale, confidence, and independence along the way.

Companion Services

These services are designed to provide supervision and assistance focused on the health and safety of the individual, as well as their emotional and social well-being.

Behavior Support

These services include functional assessment, the development of strategies to support the individual based on their assessment, and the provision of training to individuals, staff, relatives, and caregivers. These are completed on a 1:1 basis between individual and behavior support professionals with a Master’s Degree or under the direction of someone with a Master’s Degree.

Respite Care
Should the primary caregiver need to take a break or attend to other responsibilities, our respite services allow us to take over in caring for loved ones with disabilities. This promotes care continuity and transition in clients throughout the facilitation and management of their support.
